Project "Entertainment":

The Challenge: The home owners wanted a large deck with three separate entertainment areas that would not obstruct the view of their backyard from inside the house. They also wanted a design with minimal stairs.  Elevation from the patio door to ground level exceeded seven feet.

Our Solution: Precision Deck Co. designed a 630 square foot gently sloping five tier multiple landing deck with three distinct entertainment areas.  The gentle slope with multiple landings gave the home owners full view of their backyard and minimal stairs.

Project "Fully Usable":

The Challenge: The home owners wanted instant access to their backyard lake frontage without obstructing the morning sunlight to the walkout basement windows.  The home owners association had strict guidelines, not allowing large stair cases.

Our Solution: Precision Deck Co's design included a small landing that allowed enough space for door operation, as well as, glass rail panels for a clear view of the lake.  The stair case allowed easy access to the walk out basement from the deck and access to the deck from the walk out basement.
